A FAT BOY is one of the most iconic motorcycles ever created by the Harley Davidson family. Besides its legendary status &its formidable force, this hog’s hand-crafted style has become synonymous with patriotism & nostalgia. So why is that the name of our restaurant? Keep reading & we will tell you.
To understand the name, we have to tell you how we all joined forces in the first place. We first met through an amazing worldwide motorcycle organization that fights child abuse. Its mission is to protect & empower abused children not to feel afraid in the world in which they live & to raise awareness for this extraordinary cause.
We immediately felt a bond with each other, like brothers, & love of riding strengthened our friendship even more. So with our nod to Nostalgia and Patriotism, our Chef-Driven Kitchen & the legends that created the original, Fat Boys Smoke Pit & Oyster Bar was Born.
